What the connection reads
With the Google account holder's permission, the dashboard reads reports for OJO's website: visitor and session totals, page views, engagement, events and traffic channels from Google Analytics; and search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position, search queries and pages from Search Console.
The app requests only the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly permissions. It does not request Gmail, contacts, Drive files or permission to edit Google properties.
Purpose and access
The reports help OJO understand website performance and search visibility. They appear in the authenticated OJO admin dashboard, not on public pages. Authorized admin users can view them.
This integration does not sell Google report data, use it to serve advertising or send it to AI models. The OJO server communicates with Google to authorize access and retrieve the requested reports.
Storage and retention
The OAuth client credential and refresh credential are stored on OJO's server outside the public website directory with restricted file permissions. They are not embedded in browser code or the source repository. Report responses are temporarily cached for 15 minutes by default; Google controls the underlying source-data retention according to the property's settings.
The refresh credential remains available to the server until access is revoked or the credential is removed. Removing it stops future report reads; Google's source data is not deleted by this app.
Revoke access or request removal
You can revoke OJO Website Analytics Dashboard access in your Google Account third-party connections. For removal of the server credential or questions about this integration, contact ojodigital.mm@gmail.com.
OJO Website Analytics Dashboard's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
